This is where we come in. We want to take over your submission process in its entirety. We have carefully streamlined the information gathering process, we take time to request beautiful testimonials for your work from the couple and suppliers (which you can of course use afterwards), and then we take on the task of approaching the perfect wedding blogs or magazine.
We would love to help you create the perfect amount of coverage a month. Think about it over busy booking season you could have an inspired and engaged source of traffic coming to your site, with enquiries popping into your inbox from some of the UK’s best and brightest bloggers and magazines. The best bit, you would barely have to lift a finger!

We will create you a beautiful selection of drag and drop social media, that is on brand and easy to use online and finally we will create a blog post for the Hampshire Wedding Club, and a blog post for your blog. Each slightly different, yet each representing your work perfectly.

When collaborative shoots, move to commercial shoots we will source suppliers utterly perfect for your project. We will brief and request quotes for their services, it is then up to you to engage, pay and sign contracts with them directly. If the work we are create together is collaborative, I have a full set of contracts available to you to use, and would absolutely recommend adding them to the overall project plan.
We normally say 4-6 weeks for bigger editorial projects, although depending on the time of year it can take longer based on availability. Smaller shoots can take less time, so this is very much dictated by the level of project we are working on together. If we are working on a submissions project, timeframes for acknowledgement from blogs and magazines vary hugely. Please also remember, that there is no guarantee ever we will be successful in your dream submission, details of how we work, and what we know we can achieve is all in our contract with you and we will discuss this full with you when your brief us about your requirements.
I am more than happy for you to share the cost of our services amongst the supplier team. We can break down the invoicing, and contracts and create a bespoke set up based on your requirements. Take into consideration the term “too many cooks spoil the broth”, the initial briefing will therefore make sure that we are all singing off the same sheet, with the same objectives and the same hopes.
Contracts and terms
We have a full set of contracts and terms and conditions, that will be applied to EVERY project. They are signed by all parties, and are held in your project portal alongside all emails, communications and forms. Please understand we have to have the HWC and Atlas and Bloom fully protected at all times, and by taking each project through this process we make sure that everything is above board, and perfectly professional.
