I’ve been thinking a lot about my book club lately, and how its never quite gotten off the ground. It’s always something that I have felt needs justifying, or explaining. Made even worse by skimming over an article recently stating, “reading had become too social and how it should be a private experience”. What a bunch of bananas.
“Some of the busiest people on our planet are also avid readers. Reading sparks your creativity, helps you grow your understanding of complex problems. It grows you intellectually, while at the same time, reading is a very relaxing activity. But how do we make time to read? News articles report that we are reading less and less.

About the book
The benefits of having a tribe are undeniable. Women with strong social circles are living longer, happier, and healthier lives compared to those who lack connections. Today, we live in an über-connected era, in which anyone is able to make thousands of friends with the swipe of a finger—yet the way we are connecting leaves us feeling mistrustful of women, jealous, disempowered, fearful, misunderstood, and ultimately defeated. We are often left believing that success is a solo, isolating endeavour or, worse, that it is reserved only for the ruthless, physically blessed, or self-absorbed.
Inspired by Lori’s own journey through loss, loneliness, and disconnection and her fears of remaining an outsider and of never reaching her dreams, A Tribe Called Bliss details how Lori shed unfulfilling, surface-level friendships and discovered her untapped potential. Step by step, she lights the way to show you how you can achieve deep, meaningful relationships that accelerate and support your highest potential while providing the tools to ensure unshakable faith in yourself and your journey.
A Tribe Called Bliss is the way to lock in lasting, positive change and connect you to your soul’s calling once and for all. This practical, timely book is for everyone seeking to discover her authentic calling, release her fears, and reach her next level. Lori provides the tools and contextual self-work exercises to develop the self-awareness and mindfulness that is the key to a lifetime of blissful happiness.
Come join Lori Harder and embrace a new way of being, belonging, and building community by forming your own tribe . . . A Tribe Called Bliss.
In this book, Lori offers a step-by-step guide to lifetime connection, sisterhood, and support. We can’t do big work in the world without a little help! The pathway to success requires a community, and Lori is committed to helping others create one of their own. But these days finding a tribe can be very overwhelming because many of us live in less tightly knit communities and spend so much of our time online. It’s easy to feel disconnected and separate from others. That’s why Lori’s book is so important. A Tribe Called Bliss will hook you up with the spiritually rooted friendships you long for and the support you need to live up to your highest potential. GABRIELLE BERNSTEIN

If I was to share a few simple truths with you, they’d be that I think everything happens for a reason, a cake can be eaten at any time of the day and I’ve always dreamed of living by the sea but seagulls get on my nerves. However, I also believe that in life, you should always be courageous. That’s why I started The Hampshire Wedding Club. I’ve been a wedding photographer for years and I adore how passionate my industry is and how inspiring the creative people around me are. Before I started my own photography company Ikonworks, I worked for international brands such as Verizon, Porsche, Game and Morgan Stanley for 16 years as an executive assistant. The perfect grounding for starting up and running my own show – multitasking, organising and attention to detail is in my DNA.
But here’s the thing, above all I subscribe to the mantra that doing what you love makes you happy. So seeing a gap in the wedding industry, I thought it was high time I started pulling together the fantastic creatives and professionals I’ve worked with. I wanted to create an interactive, inspiring and beautiful online portfolio for brides and grooms that not only showcases all the fabulous wedding industry talent we have in Hampshire but also acts as a revolutionary social space and digital lookbook for wedding creatives. That’s how The Hampshire Wedding Club was born.
When I am not shooting weddings, hosting events or running The Hampshire Wedding Club, I’m Tasha who is married to Martin and mum to Sam and Abby – our two lovely, funny, feisty kids. Most days you’ll find me surgically attached to my desk or curating love stories through a lens but I can often be found on the side of a rugby pitch or grabbing a quick coffee before going on a webinar. I can’t survive without coffee.
